Our Certified Personal Trainer will work one-on-one with you. Schedule your fitness assessment and work with a professional who will motivate you, sets goals, develop a nutrition strategy, and understand your strengths and weaknesses by providing feedback and accountability.
In the first part of your fitness assessment you and your trainer will discuss the main parts of your current lifestyle that have an affect on your health. They are…Family, Job/Career, Nutrition, Time, Exercise History, Physical Limitations, Obstacles, and Finances. Within these elements our trainer can start to understand your current state of fitness and opportunities for change based on lifestyle.
The second part of your fitness assessment will be gathering a baseline of measurements based on flexibility, strength, muscle balances and cardiovascular. These measurements will be used to compare against your future progress.
The third part of your assessment you and your trainer will set S.M.A.R.T fitness goals. Your trainer will help you make these goals Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely.
The final portion of your free assessment with our personal trainer is that they will prescribe a complete and comprehensive program based on our services that will get you to your goals, while educating and motivating you along the way!
