Partner Training

In this program you will train semi-privately with 1 other person of similar goals and abilities.  If individuals have different capabilities then training will be based on progressions and regressions of exercises to accommodate each person.  This is a more cost effective way to work with a trainer if the means to train 1on1 are not available.   
A great way for friends or couples to join a fitness program and work together to keep each other accountable and motivated.

Small Group Personal Training

Our most cost effective way to work with a trainer. Small group will be formed based on a sign up list and clients must be open to working among a more diverse group. The goal of this program is to help you understand how the body works based on exercises, mechanics, functionality, core and flexibility, Group minimum is 3 clients and will not exceed 6.  ** If you and your trainer decide this is the plan for you, you will be placed on a waiting list for this service based on the time you are available.  There will be an active "Group Training" open signup and once 3 clients are formed, training will begin. **
